Our team also includes partner Gayle Hilleke, Principal of ThisRoom. Gayle is a key partner for UCW, providing her expertise for better community engagement and dialogue across all projects. She has over thirty years of experience in strengthening communities through work with nonprofits, educational institutions, and government agencies. With a masters degree in Organization Development, she is a skilled facilitator and educator, focusing on strength-based strategies in organizational and community change. She is an adjunct professor in the Masters of Business Leadership and Innovation at Northern Kentucky University.
