She has over thirty years of experience in strengthening communities through work with nonprofits, educational institutions, and government agencies. With a masters degree in Organization Development, she is a skilled facilitator and educator, focusing on strength-based strategies in organizational and community change. She is an adjunct professor in the Masters of Business Leadership and Innovation at Northern Kentucky University.
